I had some spare time, and tested al maximumly upgraded towers on Infiniland and recorded their times. Here.
Magic: 7 minutes
Fire: 5 minutes
Ballistae: 5 minutes
Ice: 3 minutes
Ice is too expensive to get maximum, so I just recorded time anyway. Hope this helps. (Don't think this is true? Try it yourself.)
