When you get team players to join you, you can change their attack stance from 3 different styles: Defensive will mean they will try to protect themselves and you more often than anything else. Offensive will mean they will try to attack more than anything, and will avoid healing you or themselves often. Tactical is a mixture of the two, usually offensive and when needed defensive.
Up the stats your best in combined with the moves that require others.. Such as Magic and Strength.
