Installation is simple and similar to other plugins:
1. Upload and unzip the plugin file to the WordPress plugin directory
2. Activate the plugin using WP's "Manage Plugins" screen
3. Configure the Daily Game settings under Settings -> Daily Game:

• Set "Plugin Enabled" to Yes
• Visit www.playedonline.com/register_blog to register (input your blog's url and your email) and get a shared key for authentication.
• Customise the title (useful for non-English blogs) or leave blank for default
• Choose a category for the posts
• Paste ad code (e.g. AdSense) to show a pre-roll ad before the game starts (optional, leave empty to show no ads)
• Enable or disable "Powered By" links to playedonline on the game post.
• Choose days of week to post games. Games will be posted only on the days you select.
• Click the Test link you got in the registration e-mail to post a test game.

Daily game for Blogger uses the API to create a new post on your blog.
This requires you grant our user author permissions.


Installation take no more than 2 minutes:
1. Register your blog
2. You will receive an email with a user to add to your blog's authors and a test link
You are done!

The plugin supports and has been tested with 3.8.x and 4.0.x vBulletin versions.

Setting up is easy and will not take more than 5 minutes, here is what you need to do:
1. Download the plugin files from the official vBulletin thread according to your installation's version : 3.8.x or 4.0.x
2. Upload add_daily_game.php to the vBulletin root directory and import the product XML file
(Plugins & Products -> Manage Products - > [Add/Import Product])
3. Configure the Daily Game settings under vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Daily Game:

• Set "Enabled" to Yes
• Visit www.playedonline.com/register_vbulletin to register (input your forum's url and your email) and get a shared key for authentication.
• Configure which userid will post the daily games (input 0 for guest)
• Choose a forum for Daily Game
• Customise the title (useful for non-English forums) or leave blank for default
• Enable or disable description and instructions
• Paste ad code (e.g. AdSense) to show a pre-roll ad before the game starts (optional, leave empty to show no ads)
• Click the Test link you got in the registration e-mail to post a test daily game (you can delete the test post after you verify that it works)

You're done! A daily game will be posted on your forum every day at 3am EST.

• Enter the User ID of the owner of the daily game posts
• Check the next box if you want playing instructions to appear below the game
• Paste ad code (e.g. AdSense) to show a pre-roll ad before the game starts (optional, leave empty to show no ads)
• Choose days of week to post games. Games will be posted only on the days you select.
• Click the Test link you got in the registration e-mail to post a test game.

Installation instructions:
1. Use AutoMOD to copy plugin files, or extract the root directory from the zip file to the forum's root.
2. In your browser go to \install\install_daily_game.php
3. Configure the Daily Game settings under ACP -> Board configuration -> Daily Game:

• Set to Enabled
• Choose a forum for Daily Game
• Visit http://www.playedonline.com/register_phpbb to register (input your forum's url and your email) and get a shared key for authentication
• Customize the title (useful for non-English forums) or leave blank for default
• Enable or disable description and instructions
• Paste ad code (e.g. AdSense) to show a pre-roll ad before the game starts (optional, leave empty to show no ads)
• Click the Test link you got in the registration e-mail to post a test daily game
• You're done! A daily game will be posted on your forum every day at 5am EST.
