ive played this game on other sites and got 200mill+. What you gotta do IS spend 30 seconds going just out of the water and back in (confusing, ill explain better):

Make the dolphin go right or left under watter, jump out of the water but dont go higher than a meter, once you get really fast when you exit the water press the up arrow key, do this till you have ONE minute letf.
Now you need to keep the combo you have, exit the water and get as high as you can, if you see strings of stars press the up arrow key as you go past them.

P.S. you get a bonus if you pass certain planets.

The further you get the faster you go, and the tunnel gets smaller.
