i'll give out a couple of tips:

-to have acces to the first floor repair the old clock

-to get the triangle shape get the bomb in the room on the left in the first floor and use it against the cracked wall in the first floor hallway, that will open a secret room where you'll find both the triangle shape and the ID card.

if you look closely at the green you'll notice few white dots, you can use them as markers to aim at the holes. some holes that look real tough will get easier this way.
