To be more elaborate, go to the latrines. camp in the far left corner, get razor wire, and put about 2 turrents by the one window and alot more werever the hell you wanna put them (within the left latrines ofcourse)
If you want to win without premium, get the lee, use it till you get an ak, ride the ak till a hk417 or g3. get turrents. prefferably adws, and then a mg4. camp in any small toom of your choice with 2 or less oppenings.
Artillery are way over powered, when you max out the basic combat tank you need nothing else. It deals with infantry and artillery all the same. (Air is glitched as hell though)
You may ally with someone, and place large amounts of men on there border, from there you may blitzkrieg into there capital with minimal casulaties, the down side is you will most likely lose many citys you have uptained from that conqeur because you may not have units stationed near by.
You will need to play often, leveling up may take awhile but it's not impossible.
Treatys with neighbors help to build up an army, but let them make the first move for it will raise your moral.
