I got it to load, but it dropped four tiles then quit working

Ok this is the third time that I have gotten over 50 and it didn't take my score.... I hate this game and yet again, to get throught the quest I have to play it..... This is crappy.

Finally got over 4000 points and when i hit submit, the stupid game started over...
