You can't just take your time.. you get more points if you are firing while its moving/faster. I did round one of Hard, and took my time, nailed dead center every one of the targets to destroy them, and still i didn't pass the round.

its easy

once u get it set close to the centre dont move the mouse again just wait for it to move to the right place, if u keep moving the mouse it shakes even more

take it steady and if you hit them really well (4 times in centre) then it destroys target!

be patient and aim for the middle:)
